Who we are

DeTrust CyberTech & Solutions ("we", "us") is a UK-based cybersecurity consultancy. Contact: detrustcybertech@outlook.com.

What we collect and why

When you contact us via the enquiry form or by email, we collect the information you provide (name, email address, organisation and your message) solely to respond to your enquiry and, where you engage us, to deliver our services. Form submissions are processed by Web3Forms and, during a short migration period, also by Formspree, acting as our processors. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand, in aggregate, how visitors use the site. Analytics cookies and any data collection are off by default and only run if you give consent via our cookie banner — the lawful basis is your consent. No advertising, remarketing or Google Signals features are enabled, and IP addresses are anonymised. You can accept, reject, or withdraw consent at any time using the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer. Google acts as our processor and may process data in the United States under the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Full detail is in our cookie policy.

How long we keep your data

Enquiry correspondence is retained for up to two years, or for the duration of any engagement plus statutory record-keeping periods.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection. To exercise them, email detrustcybertech@outlook.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
